What services do you offer?

We specialize in high-end residential construction. We offer custom home builds, major home additions, whole-house additions, and whole-house renovations.

Are you a licensed general contractor in North Carolina?

Yes! We are fully licensed by the North Carolina Licensing Board for General Contractors with an unlimited general contractor’s license. We are also bonded and insured to ensure every project we take on meets legal and safety standards.

What sets your company apart?
Our foundation is built on transparency and trust. We focus on being a “boutique” builder, meaning that we take on fewer projects to give our clients the attention they deserve. We also work directly with architects and design teams.
Do you offer a warranty on your projects?

Yes! We provide a comprehensive one-year builder’s warranty on all new homes and major renovations. We pride ourselves on homes that are built for a lifetime, and we stand by our work long after the final inspection.

How can I schedule a consultation?
You can get started by filling out the contact form on our website or contacting us directly. We will set up an initial meeting to discuss your vision, location, and estimated budget.
Do you offer design-build services?

Yes, we work with an in-house design team.

How do you manage communication during a build?
We believe clear communication prevents stress. We provide regular site updates and use modern project management tools, including specialized software from Buildern that helps you stay up-to-date, so you can track progress, view photos, and approve selections easily.
Can you help me find a lot to build on?

While we are primarily builders, we have extensive knowledge of the local real estate market. We can provide site consultations to help you determine if a piece of land is suitable for the custom home you envision.

How long does it take to build a custom home?

Typically, a custom home build in our area takes over a year from the time we break ground. This timeline can vary based on the complexity of the design and specific permitting requirements.

What types of additions do you build?

We frequently build master suite wings, second-story additions, kitchen expansions, decks, pools, and more. We specialize in making these additions look original to the home rather than like an afterthought.

Can I stay in my home during a major renovation?

For smaller renovations or kitchen updates, it is often possible. However, for whole-house renovations involving major structural or utility work, we usually recommend clients relocate temporarily.

How do you ensure an addition matches my home?

We go to great lengths to source matching materials, from siding profiles to brick mortar colors. Our goal is to seamlessly integrate the new space, so the old and new parts of the home are indiscernible.

How will you protect my home from dust and debris during construction?

We use air filtration, floor protection, and floor-to-ceiling plastic barriers to contain dust and protect the finished areas of your home.

What is the average timeline for a luxury kitchen remodel?

Most high-end kitchen remodels take 8 to 12 weeks to complete. This includes demolition, cabinet installation, countertop fabrication, and final finishing work.

Do you use your own crews or subcontractors?

We use a mix of our own skilled team and a consistent group of trusted, local trade partners. We have worked with these partners for many years, and they understand our quality standards.

Do you offer corrosion repair?

Yes. Older beach houses in our area often see corrosion on the decks, walls, and windows. Our team of carpenters can rebuild, reconstruct, or repair corrosion damage.
